Sylvox KT16A0KGGA: 15.6-inch smart kitchen TV
The Sylvox KT16A0KGGA is a 15.6-inch Full HD smart television designed to fit under a cabinet. Its flip-down screen saves counter space, while the swiveling design lets you aim the picture toward the area where you are working or sitting. The white cabinet and compact screen suit a kitchen layout where a conventional television and stand would occupy useful surface area. Google TV provides the smart viewing interface.
Full HD screen and viewing position
The 1920 x 1080 screen presents Full HD programs, cooking videos and other compatible content. A listed 178-degree viewing angle supports viewing from different positions, though light and seating angle still affect the picture. The small screen is intended for nearby viewing rather than filling a large room. Choose readable on-screen text and a comfortable viewing position when using it for a recipe or tutorial, especially if you will look at it while standing.
Rotation and flip-down design
The screen supports 360-degree rotation and a 90-degree flip-down movement. These adjustments help direct the display toward a nearby work area, then fold it away when you need a clearer space. Leave room for the full movement of the screen and for cabinet doors to open. Check the model-specific installation drawing before choosing the position, since the moving screen needs more clearance than the panel's flat dimensions alone might suggest.
Smart TV and supported entertainment
Google TV provides access to compatible apps and online entertainment. App choice, programs and service availability vary by region and may change over time. An internet connection and the required accounts are needed for online use, while some services require paid subscriptions. Check that a preferred app is offered for this model before relying on it as your main source. The built-in platform lets you watch supported content without setting a separate player on the counter.
Voice control, clock and timer
Google Assistant supports compatible voice functions, allowing you to search for content or use supported controls without working through every menu. A clock and timer add useful functions for the kitchen setting. Voice operation depends on setup, network access and service support. Place the screen where you can see the timer and picture comfortably, then choose a volume that makes spoken instructions clear without overwhelming conversation or other sounds in the room.
Wireless connections and sharing
Dual-band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.0 provide wireless connection options. Compatible screen mirroring offers a way to share content from another device, subject to that device and app's support. Keep the home network in mind when choosing a cabinet position, since walls and appliances can affect reception. If you plan to use an external source, check its connection requirements against this exact model's guide and allow room to route cables through the installation neatly.
Screen controls and everyday use
The design includes touch keys described as waterproof, which is a feature of those controls rather than a reason to expose the entire TV to water. Keep the installation clear of direct splashes, steam and cooking heat, following the supplied instructions. The screen can show a video while you follow along, or provide nearby entertainment during a break. Adjust the picture and sound using familiar content so that the presentation suits both the room and your viewing distance.
Dimensions and cabinet installation
The published panel dimensions are approximately 14.69 x 8.94 x 0.35 inches, in width, height and depth. These figures do not describe all clearance needed by the mounting assembly or rotating screen. Use the installation guide to check the cabinet structure, fixing points and access to power. Keep the full swivel path clear of shelves, handles and other objects. Route cables so movement does not pull on plugs or pinch the cable against the bracket.
Planning a practical kitchen setup
The under-cabinet layout combines a nearby screen with an open work surface. Plan the location around where you normally stand, the direction of window light and the cabinet doors you use most. Use the supplied power equipment as directed and keep controls easy to reach. Fold or turn the screen only within its supported range. After installation, test the picture, sound, network and movement together before settling on the position you will use each day.
